The event application can be turned in at any time as long as it is at least 60 days prior to the event date. The more advance notice will provide a greater opportunity for cross-marketing and promotion.
If endorsed, WRCA:
Will include the event on its Endorsed Events Calendar on WRCA.org and in the Hungry Loop for pre-event marketing
Will promote the event through WRCA email and social media channels for pre-event marketing
Will include event results on its Endorsed Events Results page on WRCA.org
If endorsed, the event:
Will acknowledge the event as WRCA Endorsed on marketing materials (i.e. flyers, brochures, posters, ads) and event will receive the WRCA Endorsed logo to use as appropriate
Will display a WRCA provided banner
Will have announcer read a WRCA provided PSA during the event
