Existing Vendor Application Process
- 2024 existing vendors have right of refusal to their booth from previous year.
- Vendors of the 2024 Vendor Shows will be mailed their application first
- Application, Booth Pictures, Proof of Insurance & First Deposit is Due (5/1/25)
- Final Deposit Due (8/1/25)
- Cancellation & Refunds
- Upon written notice of space cancellation, deposits are totally refundable until (8/1/25)
- After (8/1/25) only half of total payment back
- No Refunds After 9/1/25
New Vendor Waitlist Process for 2025
- Fill Out Vendor Waitlist Form (Yearly process)
- Must be filled out completely along with pictures of products and booth.
- 2024 Existing Vendors Have Right of Refusal to their booth from previous year.
- If/ When a booth is available WRCA will fill with a Like-Kind booth (Saddle Maker gets replaced with a Saddle Maker, Artist gets replaced with Artist).
- If/When you have been selected WRCA Office will be in contact with you to finish your application process in which 1 or 2 steps can be taken.
- Temp Fills
- WRCA will Temp Fill booth spots if an existing vendor has called and canceled within cancellation guidelines and plans to return.
- Meaning that spot will only be good for that one year.
- Fill the Booth
- WRCA Directors have selected you to become a vendor and continue until Right of Refusal.
