WRCA Endorsed Event Application

  1. Any cowboy-oriented event is welcome to apply for WRCA Endorsed Status.
  2. Fill out an event application with all the pertinent details of the event.  Application can be accessed here.
  3. The event application can be turned in at any time as long as it is at least 60 days prior to the event date.  The more advance notice will provide a greater opportunity for cross-marketing and promotion.
  4. If endorsed, WRCA:
    • Will include the event on its Endorsed Events Calendar on WRCA.org and in the Hungry Loop for pre-event marketing
    • Will promote the event through WRCA email and social media channels for pre-event marketing
    • Will include event results on its Endorsed Events Results page on WRCA.org
  5. If endorsed, the event:
    • Will acknowledge the event as WRCA Endorsed on marketing materials (i.e. flyers, brochures, posters, ads) and event will receive the WRCA Endorsed logo to use as appropriate
    • Will display a WRCA provided banner
    • Will have announcer read a WRCA provided PSA during the event
