Working Ranch Cowboys Association to Livestream 28th World Championship Ranch Rodeo Exclusively on Ride TV

The Working Ranch Cowboys Association is excited to announce that for the first time, the World Championship Ranch Rodeo and Youth World Championship Ranch Rodeo will be available to watch via livestream. The 28th World Championship Ranch Rodeo will livestream on Ride TV, Nov. 9–12, 2023.

During the Championship, 25 ranch teams from across the country will converge at the Amarillo Convention Center in Amarillo, Texas, to compete in ranch bronc riding, stray gathering, penning, branding and wild cow milking. For 28 years, ranch rodeo fans have filled the Convention Center stands, frequently selling out performances. And now, with the event being livestreamed, those unable to purchase tickets or make the trip to Amarillo will still be able to experience the excitement of the event.

“We are always looking for ways to improve,” said Association Manager Leman Wall. “With Friday and Saturday being sold out so early it was important to make the rodeo accessible to more fans. The popularity of the World Championship Ranch Rodeo by fans from across the world has been humbling. We are grateful, and now, more people will be able to experience it.”

In addition to livestreaming all four performances of the World Championship Ranch Rodeo and the Saturday afternoon performance of the Youth World Championship Ranch Rodeo, WRCA will also be producing a Sports Desk segment for each performance. With host Bob Welch, the Sports Desk show will feature performance highlights, standings recaps and interviews with ranch teams. The Sports Desk show will be available for free on WRCA social media channels.

Livestream Information and FAQ

Both the livestream and Sports Desk will be produced by the Equine Network, one of the largest equine-focused media companies in the country. With 20 years of experience in video production, the Equine Network video team has covered events from the Timed Event Championship to the Riata Buckle to the World’s Greatest Horseman.
