Own a Piece of Texas Ranger History

This is more than a collector’s dream—it’s a chance to own a piece of living history while giving back to the cowboy community.

In honor of the legendary Texas Rangers and their 200-year legacy, an extraordinary five-piece commemorative set—designed by Rangers, for Rangers—will be offered at the Crisis & Scholarship Brunch & Auction on Saturday, November 15, during the 30th World Championship Ranch Rodeo in Amarillo, Texas.

The collection includes a Colt Government Model 1911, a Colt Single Action Army .45, a Winchester Model 1873 Lever-Action Rifle, a Case pocket knife, and a Bicentennial Texas Ranger badge—all with matching serial numbers and deep historical significance.

Auction proceeds will benefit the WRCA Foundation, supporting working ranch families in times of need.

The Collection

This remarkable collection includes five custom-designed items, each chosen for its historic significance and connection to the Ranger legacy.

1. Colt Government Model 1911 (.45 ACP)
The sidearm of the modern Texas Ranger.

2. Colt Single Action Army Revolver (.45 Long Colt)
A symbol of the Old West and the early days of Texas law enforcement.

3. Winchester Model 1873 Lever-Action Rifle (.45 Long Colt)
“The Gun That Won the West.”

4. Bicentennial Texas Ranger Badge
Struck to mark 200 years of Texas Ranger service, this badge honors every Ranger past and present.

5. Case Special Edition Texas Ranger Pocket Knife
A handcrafted tool reflecting the same utility and tradition as the Rangers it honors.

Unlike mass-produced collectibles, these weapons were never intended for the general public. They were offered only to active-duty and retired Texas Rangers, as well as select Texas Ranger Association Foundation (TRAF) directors.
